Which kit are you? (part 4)

There are five apprentices: Wolfpaw, Eaglepaw, Starpaw, Lightningpaw, and Emberpaw. In this part, it will be Emberpaw's POV. If you haven't taken the other parts in my quiz series, then I suggest taking them so you won't get confused.

  1. Emberpaw's POV: Lightning hit the tree next to her, making her jump. "What was that?" Starpaw asked. "It's not even cloudy out. How did that happen?" Emberpaw asked while curiosity filled her voice as she bent over to smell it. "Get away from there, Emberpaw." Cinderheart said. "Fine." Emberpaw meowed, reluctantly. As Emberpaw turned her head, she saw her brother, Lightningpaw, staring at the tree in astonishment. As she padded over to him, she whispered, "do you know what happened?" "I-I think I did it." Lightningpaw stammered. "Come on you two. You have time to catch up on things later." Lionstar called out to them. "Come on we better hurry up." Emberpaw said as she quickened her pace. They finally reached the thorn barrier that lead into ThunderClan's camp. "Woah, the hollow seemed so much bigger from the last time I was here." Wolfpaw meowed. "Well, you weren't even a week old when you and Lightningpaw were taken away." Emberpaw hissed the last part out and flashed Blackstar and Tigerheart an accusing glance.
  2. "Just ignore them, Emberpaw." Starpaw meowed softly. "They're not worth it." "Fine." Emberpaw spits out before storming off to her brother. "Wolfpaw? Is that you?" Bumblestripe asked as he padded through the entrance. "Oh it is you, my precious daughter. I thought I would never see you again." He said as he ran up to Wolfpaw, completely forgetting about the fresh-kill he dropped at the entrance. "Wolfpaw! Lightningpaw!" The clan called out as more cats realized that their long lost kits were back home, where they belong. Lionstar leapt up on the High Ledge and called out, "Let all cat old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the High Ledge for a clan meeting." He waited for every cat to get settled then continued, "Wolfpaw and Lightningpaw will generating with us for forever!" Cheers of the clan were so loud that Emberpaw thought RiverClan would be able to hear them. Lionstar held his tail up for silence. "Also, Blackstar and Tigerheart wish to stay with us."
  3. Yowls of disagreement rose above the rest of Lionstar's words. "Why would we let them in?" Whitewing called out. "Is something wrong in ShadowClan?" Thornclaw asked Blackstar. "Silence!" Lionstar called out and the Clan quickly quieted down. "Now, Blackstar and Tigerheart will stay in ThunderClan for as long as needed, possibly forever." "But Blackstar still has more lives than us so he will always be a leader." Mousewhisker said. "I am on my last life." Blackstar replied.
  4. Gasps of astonishment went threw the Clan. "I think we should let them stay." Brambleclaw meowed. The former deputy had to retire early from being blinded in the Dark Forest fight. "Then it's decided. Blackstar and Tigerheart will stay here in ThunderClan." Lionstar called out, then leapt down from the High Ledge. "You should go to Lightningpaw. You two have a lot of catching up to do." Blossomfall told Emberpaw. "What about my training?" Emberpaw asked. "We will start tomorrow." Her mentor replied.
  5. Emberpaw quickly padded off to find her brother, Lightningpaw. When she spotted him, he was talking to Blackstar. "Lightningpaw, can we go out in the forest and talk?" Emberpaw asked, interrupting their conversation. "Yeah, let's go." Lightningpaw replied quickly, then ran out of the thorn barrier followed by Emberpaw. "Woah, what's the rush?" Emberpaw asked. "I haven't been in ThunderClan for six moons!" Lightningpaw answered. "Well yeah, but don't you want to go slowly?" Emberpaw meowed. "Oh, yeah, I guess." He said while slowing down his pace. "Come on. Let's go to the WindClan border! Race you there." Emberpaw meowed then quickly took off sprinting towards the WindClan border with Lightningpaw right on her heels.
  6. As they reached the WindClan border, they had to skid to a halt from crossing it. "It was a tie." Lightningpaw meowed, out of breath. "Yeah, it was." Emberpaw meowed. "What's that, in the distance?" She asked. "Uh, looks like a patrol made up of two cats." Lightningpaw answered, squinting his eyes. "Should we head back to camp?" He asked. "No, we haven't done anything wrong." Emberpaw replied as the cats got closer. "What are you doing on our territory?" A tom asked them suspiciously. "In case you didn't notice, we haven't crossed the border." Emberpaw said. "You could've. For all we know, you might've crossed the border, saw us coming, then ran back over to your side." He said with a hint of a growl in his voice. "Onestar, I don't think they crossed it." The she-cat meowed. "Quiet, Ashfoot. Let me handle this." Onestar snapped. "Now, I'm only going to ask you once. What were you two doing on my territory?" He said, getting agitated. "And I'm only going to tell you once. We never crossed the border." Emberpaw hissed, her temper flaring. "Emberpaw, calm down." Lightningpaw meowed gently. "No, Lightningpaw. We never did anything wrong. We were just walking threw our territory." Emberpaw said. "Now why don't you two go back to where you came from and stay out of our business." Emberpaw growled at them.
  7. Just then, flames erupted on the border, sending Onestar and Ashfoot running back to camp. The flames died down when Emberpaw calmed down. Huh, weird. She thought. Emberpaw turned around and saw Lightningpaw staring at her with wide eyes. "How did you do that?" He asked her, amazed. "I don't know." Emberpaw meowed. "I just got really mad at them and then the fire came up." She said, being a little shy at he questions. "I think I have something like that too." Lightningpaw meowed. "Well not exactly like that, but I do have a power." He added. "What is it?" She asked him, suddenly curious. "Remember that lightning bolt that hit the tree? I think I did that." Lightningpaw replied.
