A Hug
It's the yearly family reunion, and you (either willingly, or forcefully) come. As soon as you walk through the door, your aunt (whom you havent seen in 5 years) comes running towards your, arms open for a hug. Not wanting you be rude you hug her. But, the hug goes on and on, and its starting to hurt like hell. Finally, she's basically giving you a bear hug. You die from being crushed and unable to breath.

So there you are, with your darling little bundle of joy. Your trying to feed it those disgusting carrots and peas. But, of course, it refuses to eat the mush. So you get a spoon full, and put it in your mouth. Somehow, while trying to convince your kid that the food is "good", you choke. Sorry. XD
