There are other kinds of pets besides cats, dogs, snakes, and birds. Like, oh, I don't know...hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, guinea pigs, potbelly pigs, lizards, fish, turtles.... Besides, there are different types of cats, dogs, snakes, and birds, each with their own characteristics and personalities.
And this quiz is basically only asking you what you want, instead of lining up the taker's personality with the stereotypical personality of the correct animal.
