The Unforgiven and Unforgotten part 24

What's up guys? Sorry I took so long to get this part out, life and school always get's in the way. Thank god it's a three day weekend. Also my birthday is coming up!! Yeah it's on May 30th and I guess the only wish I have is to get one of my quizzes on the features list. Well a girl can dream, hope you guys enjoy this part.

Shane has light brown hair, emerald green eyes, pale skin, lean muscles, and a to die for smile. He's also a Vampire. Drake is the antisocial and mysterious type with his dark brown hair with natural blonde highlights, icy blue eyes, tan skin, two military dog tags around his neck, sexy body and sexy deep voice, and hot muscles. He's also a Werewolf. Omar is the funny yet smart one with his dirty blonde hair, bright amber eyes,and perfect muscles. He's an Immortal with powers. Aaron is sort of the leader type with his coal black hair, gorgeous golden eyes, fit body, lean muscles, and adorable dimples. He's also a Fallen Angel. Jayden is the trouble maker with his dark brown hair and red highlights at the tip, violet eyes, lean muscles and body. He's a Werewolf/Vampire hybrid.

  1. "I don't want to hurt Drake. I see the way my brother looks at you I see the way all the guys look at you, well except for Mike but that's not my point. Drake and I may be step brothers but he means everything to me and I don't want to hurt him. I don't want to hurt any of the guys and if I fall for you then I know I'm going to hurt them dearly. I'm sorry_______." Jayden said softly and stood up. He looked down at me with an apologetic look and was gone. Supernatural speed I already knew and sighed softly. Jayden had shoved his feelings aside just for Drake, his brother. That I can understand for but at the same time I felt bad. I don't want to see Jayden like this but what can I do about it? Everything is just messed up and I want to fix but don't know how to. All the guys except for Mike and Jayden now are falling for me and I can only choose one of them. I'm going to brake hearts along the way and make more mistakes I just know it. I'll just have to see where life is going to take me from here on out.
  2. I stood there at the edge of the cliff until nightfall just thinking about what life is going to throw at me next. I looked up at the sky to see the moon shining down, it was almost full and currently in it's waxing gibbous phase. It was giving off a vibrant silver illuminating glow which lighted up the dark endless night sky. Just by looking up at the moon triggered something in my mind that I had forgotten about until now, back when we had gotten lost in this forest when I had that flashback I knew the baby was most likely me but what was Lusa doing in that flashback? White Fang isn't immortal so that means that Lusa can't be immortal either, I think. I slowly stood up as little rocks tumbled down towards the frightening fall that awaits them. I could hear the clutter clatter as they hit the sides of the cliff and then no more. I walked over and peered over the edge of the cliff. Empty darkness was all that awaited below that. The wind started to pick up and it felt like it was pushing me away from the ledge. I took this as a sign and turned around to walk back towards the mansion.
  3. I quietly walked among the forest with only the screeching cries of bats and the hooting calls of the owls. I walked with my head bowed down and my hands in my pockets, the wind whipped my hair from side to side but soon settled down. I wasn't sure what to expect from Jayden when I return to the mansion. Is it going to be awkward between us for now on or is everything going to return like it was before? I sighed and brushed some hair strands away from my face. Boys can be so complicated yet they act like we girls are impossible. I guess we all remain a mystery to one another. I crossed my arms and continued on walking when the forest suddenly turned silent. No animal calls, no wind, no nothing. I unfolded my arms and steadied them to my sides, I felt warm energy began to burn inside of me and quickly a thermal ball rested within the palm of my hand. I looked around for any sign of someone's presence. The silence was starting to frustrate me and I had a feeling that something was terribly wrong here.
  4. I looked at all of my surroundings but everything was quiet and still. The thermal ball in my hand began to increase in size and the surging flames felt like they could escape any moment from now. I calmed myself and took a deep breath. That's when I heard not one but multiple low growls rumble from behind me. I froze and the hairs on my neck began to rise. I closed my hands into a fist so that the thermal ball disappeared but the energy still remained within my body in case I need to summon it again. The growling increased and I could hear them coming closer towards me, I could feel the heat emitting from their bodies, I could hear their sharp claws dig into the soft earth beneath them. I gained the courage and slowly turned around to face the creatures. My heart began to race and my breathing quickened when I saw them. Something was telling me they aren't suppose to be yet here they're standing right before me.
  5. I turned around to come face to face with a pack of Hellhounds. I searched their eyes for those familiar glassy silver eyes but most of them had either red or brown and one had gold. Though I've should have known considering the last discussion Delgado and I had. The Hellhounds snarled and moved closer towards me, I made sure to make eye contact with them and forced myself to look brave and fearless while I was practically panicking and freaking out in the inside. I took a step back which only made things worse, I had barely realized that my step back may have provoked them and reveal to them that I'm afraid. They lowered their heads close to the ground and bared their sharp fangs. The one with the gold eyes raised it's head up high and a slight smirk curved on it's lips. I narrowed my eyes and was ready to summon back the energy when we all suddenly heard a voice.
  6. At first the cries were very faint and inaudible but then they started coming closer and more clear. "______!______ where are you?" I recognized the voice as none other than Shane's. I smiled forgetting about the Hellhounds for a second. "Shane!" I cried out. "_______?_______! Where are you!?!" Shane yelled back urgently. "Over here just follow my voice!" I called out. I smiled thinking now I can finally return to the mansion. Boy was I wrong. As footsteps began to come closer the Hellhounds all exchanged looks and then looked at the one with the golden eyes. It looked from me and then back to it's followers. It made a low vicious growl and then slowly turned it's head back towards me. My voice got caught in my throat as the Hellhound looked at me. The look in it's eyes were menacing and bloodthirsty. They then all lunged.
  7. I relied on instinct and ducked down with my head over my hands, waiting for the pain to arrive but nothing happened. I opened my eyes and placed my hands at my side. I was on my knees and looked around. The Hellhounds had formed a tight circle around me with the golden eyed one in the front. It's hackles were raised and it's head was lowered in ready to attack mode. The others were snarling and had their shoulders hunched up in defense mode. I looked at what the golden eyed one was snarling at and looked to see Shane on his knees with his hands in the air. "I don't know why you have brought your team here but don't hurt her. Please just let her go, none of this concerns her." Shane said to the Hellhound who simply smirked in what seemed as amusement.

"Oh deary but it does concern her, everything that is happening concerns her and you along with your little muscled buttheads can't protect her from that any longer." The Hellhound replied and I now know that the leader is a girl. Her voice was mellow and strident like an icicle awaiting to fall on it's victim below it. Her eyes secondaries that. They were a looming gold that seemed innocent at first glance but once she speaks they turned bloodthirsty and brimmed with a strong emotion in them but I couldn't detect what it was. She glanced at me over her shoulder and looked back towards Shane. "She needs to know, it's time and what's going on right now. It won't make it any easier on her." She growled. I listened to their words trying to make sense out of them. Though no matter how hard I try to make out of it, I couldn't think of anything.
  9. Shane gulped and his fingers started to tremble. "We're doing everything we can to prepare her, but it's too so-." "It is not too soon have you even bothered teaching her about her hidden power, how about telling her why this whole war has started, how about that you and your friends weren't always who you seem to be, what about the fact that the more she remains here with you the more soldiers die in the battlefield." The Hellhound stopped Shane short and snarled loudly. She took a few steps forward until she was inches away from his face. Shane looked at the Hellhound's eyes and started to shake in fear and immediately looked down at the ground. "I suggest you start telling the truth for once and let me do my job. Because no matter how hard you try to protect her, things will always be coming after her and they won't stop. I know because remember your father was one of them and I was the one that had to put him down. So I advise you to stay out of my way." She snapped into his ear and turned away towards me. "It's nice to finally meet you_______."
  10. I slowly rose up to my feet and stared at the frightening Hellhound and couldn't help but look into her golden eyes. I started to tremble just like Shane. The strong emotion in her eyes, it clearly was revenge and swirling around the iris was none other than bright scarlet blood. Something about them just made me want to run away and curl up in a corner. I tried to pry my gaze away from those eyes but I couldn't. "W-who a-a-re you?" I stuttered. The Hellhound chuckled softly. "Oh_____I'm many things first things first I'm Nexi but you can call me Nex. I use to be your mother, Crescita's guardian. Before she passed she asked to help protect and prepare you for what will soon arrive." She said like it was nothing. "What are you talking about, I thought Del-" I stopped myself from speaking any further due to the fact that Shane is just a few feet in front of me and doesn't know about Delgado. Nex smiled mischievously. "Ah yes he is your true guardian but something has....occurred you can say and I have stepped up to take what was once his responsibility."
  11. My eyes narrowed as I gained back my courage. "What happened to him." I said through gritted teeth. "None of that matters anymore, you need to know the truth. Now. Things all around you are coming down horribly and you need to be ready for it." Nex responded. I shook my head and took a step back. "Tell me what happened to him." I growled. Nex raised her hackles and snarled viciously with blood dripping down her fangs. "He's not important anymore, now I suggest you be a good little girl and obey." She demanded. I looked from her to Shane who was now standing. His eyes were concentrated on Nex but he raised his head and averted his eyes to me.
  12. I pleaded with my eyes for him to tell me what's going on. Shane ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. "I can't." He whispered. I looked up at the sky and pressed my thumbs on the the corner where my eyes meet my nose. I groaned. Something is definitely wrong here but I just can't pin point what exactly is. Nex stood there observing me while the other Hellhounds were still in defense mode. I removed my hands and looked at Nex. She raised a brow and dug her claws deep into the earth with impatience. "Now are you going to obey?" She asked but it was more of a statement. I laid my hands out at my sides and a thermal ball appeared on both hands. "Make me."
  13. A sly smile tugged at Nex's lips as she raised her head up in dominance. "So be it." All at once she lunged and the other Hellhounds raced towards Shane. I leaped back as I tossed multiple thermal balls in Nex's way which caused a ring of purple and blue flames to alight on the ground and around her. Nex growled in frustration and yelped when her paw came into contact with the scorching flames. Shane was easily holding off the other Hellhounds by snapping their legs using his bone manipulation. Agonizing yelps and painful whimpers escaped from the Hellhounds as they laid helplessly on the ground. Nex glared at me through the flames. Her golden eyes flared in anger and the blood started to swirl faster around her iris's. "You really think you can hold me off?" She scoffed and took a step back.
  14. I readied myself for any surprise attacks, Shane had the same idea and was looking all around. Nex smirked. "Start running you two because when I escape from these flames, I will make your life a living hell. It's what I do." "What makes you so sure?" I asked. I received a chuckle in return. "Observe." Nex replied and automatically the wind started to pick up. I took a few steps back and ended up bumping into Shane. He grabbed me by the waist and turned me around. "Start running." He said. I nodded and took a few steps forward when I felt a large amount of heat in the air.
  15. I turned around and my eyes widened in shock. A fire tornado was coming down from some red clouds in the sky. The fire tornado span quickly and shot down onto the ring of fire. Shane reacted fast and pushed me down to the ground with his body protecting me as the two powers enveloped each others energy and exploded. I snapped open my eyes to see Shane bending over me with his forehead resting against mine and his arms on each side of me. "You alright?" He asked. I nodded as he stood up and looked around. Smoke was everywhere and covered the entire area around us and perhaps even further. Ashes were raining down on us. I covered my mouth with my elbow as I started coughing. Shane looked around once more before he turned towards me. "Let's get out of here."
  16. "But we don't even know which way the ma-." I was interrupted as I saw a pair of golden eyes hidden in the midst of black smoke. I shook my head and my knees buckled. "No no no there's no possible way." "What?" Shane asked, confused and turned around. His eyes widened as he saw the golden eyes as well. "Run." He whispered and he didn't have to say it twice. I immediately turned around and started running like there's no tomorrow. My legs pumped quickly as I swerved through the trees before I can run right smack into them. The smoke was heavy and I started coughing every time I inhaled. A howl echoed not far from my position which only made me run faster. The black smoke was growing thicker and black spots started appearing in my vision.
  17. I started coughing uncontrollably and my ears started to ring. I couldn't see where I was running and my legs gave way. A sharp pain stabbed into my side as I rolled and rolled off what seemed like a slope. I finally stopped and laid on my back. I couldn't stop coughing, my lungs were on fire and it hurt every time I breathed in. My vision was blurry and I could barely make out the difference between the trees and the ground. I pulled myself up in a sitting position and placed my elbow over my mouth as I continued on coughing. Something warm dripped onto my elbow and I could taste something like metal in my mouth. Blood.
  18. -Just great I'm coughing my lungs out now. Fantastic- I said sarcastically to myself in my head and I collapsed onto my back. More blood started to drip out of my mouth while I coughed more and more. I didn't even try to hold them back anymore I was losing a lot of blood by the minute and there's no possible way I can make it back to the mansion. Never occurred to me that it would end like this. Being killed by smoke intoxication. Well I suppose we never bother to imagine how we're going to go until we actually reach it. I took in a sharp wheezy breath and groaned in pain. None of this is ever going to end I just know it. "Glad I'm not too late." A subdued feminine voice said.
  19. I slowly turned my head to the right to see the haunting pair of golden eyes. -Oh joy I'm going to be killed by a Hellhound that I've just met instead of smoke intoxication. Lucky me- Nex chuckled to herself and casually walked out of the smoke and towards me. "You know when they told me the Ortu Cinis's child goddess was still alive I thought that she would be powerful, smart, athletic, etc etc."
  20. "But to think that your actually Klaus and Crescita's daughter. Your a disgrace to them and to the entire colony." She spat and trotted around me in circles. "Don't....you dare.....say.....that to me." I said through breaths. It was torture just speaking one word as I spitted out more blood from my mouth.
  21. "Or what? Your going to kill me." She laughed. "yeah I don't think so because well look at you. Your practically dying here and no one can save you. Oh that reminds me your probably wondering about your little lover Shane. I'll answer your unspoken question." She said and lowered her muzzle close to my ear. "We took care of him, my fellow pack mates are giving him the special detour right at the moment." She mocked and chuckled to herself.
  22. My blood boiled as my anger started to rise."I always wondered why Delgado cared so much about you, because I really don't see the point. Why don't you fill it in for me." Nex suggested and went down to my level. I tried to lift my arm up to punch her but I didn't have the strength.
  23. "What what was that again? Oh yeah that's right you cant!" She yelled happily and walked back to her original spot. "I never did understand that handsome Hellhound, he was always, oh what's the word you humans use..........mysterious." Nex said and shivered in pleasure.
  24. "The rush I get when I'm around him and how his voice rumbles. Ohhh I feel like I'm walking on air. You can never find a hound like that these days." "And why.......the hell.........would...I want.....to know......this." I growled and gritted my teeth to within stand the pain. Nex turned around and looked at me square in the eye. "Because young one, Delgado just happens to be my mate."
  25. My eyes widened and Nex smiled in amusement as she stumbled backwards. "You better believe it, I know how does someone like me end up in love with someone like him. Simple. Manipulation. I admit he was hard to break through but eventually I broke through his barriers and he trusted me at last. We're meant to be and no one can deny that." She paused and whipped around.
  26. "Enough about my love life, what about yours? Oh yes that's right all your "protectors" are falling heads over heels with you. Though how saddening what happened with Jayden, pushing his feelings aside so he won't harm the sibling bond between him and Drake. Now that's what I call loyal. Now that only leaves Aaron, Drake, Omar, and I suppose Shane."
  27. "But now that I think about it, you won't be alive to chose who you want to live all of eternity with. Oh how much I am going to enjoy this, but before I end you I suppose I can slip some secrets to you since your going to die after all." Nex suggested and sat down. " Alright let's see, oh yes I know exactly where to start off. You see I use to belong to the Gli Illuminati but then I was captured by the Quelli Senz'anima. They talked me into joining their side and eventually I did."
  28. "They sent me free and I traveled off in search for my old colony. I didn't find them but boy did I find something juicier. I stumbled into the border of the Ortu Cinis's new found land and that's when I met Delgado. I still had my injuries so I told him that I was taken and tortured and then I escaped. They took me in and I've been gathering up information as long as I can remember."
  29. "Like I said before also I indeed was your mother, Crescita's guardian and she did ask me to protect you if anything every happened. Let's just say her death." She paused and leaned down close to my ear. "I'm the one responsible for it." She chuckled. The anger inside of me was unbearable and I need to release it. My hand lighted up in thermal heat and I used the last of my strength and grabbed Nex by her neck. "Ahhhhhh!!!" She cried out in pain as the flames clawed their way into her flesh, burning it away slowly and painfully.
  30. She jerked her neck hard away from my grip and my hand fell to my side. The flames died out quickly. Nex snarled at me and touched her neck with her paw. She winced and looked at her paw that was covered in blood and burned flesh. She wiped it off on the soil and muttered unintelligent words. I watched her as she paced back and forth. Now she was seriously starting to scare me. She turned back towards me and smiled grimly.
  31. "Now let's change the subject onto with the war. I'm sure you've been told that it's all about fighting for Ortu Cinis's land but that's not true. The real deal is that each side is in search for several accessories that hold great power, a necklace, bracelet, crown, earrings, and a ankle bracelet." I twitched when she mentioned the ankle bracelet, my eyes quickly darted to the hidden bracelet that rested deep within my socks.
  32. I rapidly looked back at Nex before she could notice and thank god she was still talking. "Though the tricky part is that only an Ortu Cinis god or goddess can summon the powers contained in these accessories and that's when you come in. The entire supernatural society is aware that you are very much alive and desperately want you."
  33. "But but if you die then this entire war will finally come to an end. The bloodline of Ortu Cinis's gods will disband and everyone will live peacefully." Nex laughed and spun around in circle joyfully. -Okay this chic is psychotic, is your mind really that messed up Delgado?- I asked in my mind and spitted out more metal tasting blood. "Do you.......really.....believe that?" I asked in disbelief.
  34. "Well of course without the bloodline in exist anymore that power can never be summoned." Nex said. "You- you just........don't get it.....do you? There......will never......be peace, even.......if you........end the bloodline.......they will always...........find.......something to...........start a war. World peace.......it will.........never...... exist."
  35. Nex glowered and rushed towards me. She snarled and bared her fangs right in my face, her disgusting breath sharp in my nose. "You better watch what you say because your life is in my grasp, I decided whether you live or die!" I shook my head slowly. "Go ahead.........it won't....... make...... a......difference. Just another......countless....... murder......you've committed." I said between breaths.
  36. Nex searched in my eyes for anything but she and I both knew that she wouldn't find anything. She screamed out in frustration and swiped at a tree with her large paw. The tree made a thundering sound until it knocked over leaving only a stump. Nex stood there breathing heavily with her shoulders rising and falling.
  37. She glared at me and growled. "You now I didn't think that things would turn out like this, but you pushed past my limit and I warned you. But did you listen, nooooo. You had to go and run your pity little mouth. I hope you have a fun time in the afterlife my child." Nex snickered and raised up her paw packed with four long razor sharp claws and a powerful blow to deliver along with it. "When I come........back.......I swear.........I.....Will.....Kill.....You." I stated. Nex smirked and nodded. "I'm sure you will." She smiled and her paw came down.
