The Cursed One (part 8) ANNOUNCEMENT!!

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every moment of it :D. Result #1 description: My mom finally let me do gymnastics but, that means that I can't do cross country. So, I went to gymnastics last night and now I'm super sore. The coach talked to my mom and she told her that I would probably level up really quickly. So, that's a good thing. Well, anyways, you guys should know what to do by now. Thanks ~Meg.

  1. Stupid thing not putting my quizzes on the new quizzes list....
  2. Well, part 8 is up, and as you probably know, it didn't show up on the new quizzes list.
  3. Mmk, you guys should know what to do by now.
  4. Well, my mom finally let me do gymnastics. So, I went to a practice last night and I am now sore.
  5. The first thing that we did was- (after stretching, of course)- went to the uneven bars. And she asked me if I could do a pullover and I said "I don't know, probably." and then she had me do one and do three casts. (when you push yourself away from the bar.)
  6. And them we went to the beam, which I didn't really like. And she had us do different kind of jumps on it. And then the actual person who was suppose to be coaching me and 2 other girls came. (she was teaching cheerleading so she had another girl teach her class and the other class for 30 more minutes). And we just did some other stuff like lifting one of our legs in the air.
  7. And then we went to the rope. And the coach (her name is Erin) told me that since I'm older, it's going to be more difficult for me, especially since it's my first day. And so this little 5 year old was with me and she climbed all the way to the top. And then I went and I just went half way in-between the middle and the top. And I was swinging the rope so Erin had to hold the bottom of it.
  8. And then we went to the floor and did cartwheels, handstands, roll outs, frontward rolls, and backward rolls.
  9. And then we went to the trampoline. And I was awesome at that. She had us do straddle jumps, split jumps, tuck jumps, and donkey kicks. And while the other 2 little girls were bouncing on their knees and butt the whole way down, Erin wanted to see if I could bounce on my butt, then bounce on my knees, and then do a handstand. And I said "Okay." and then I did it.
  10. And we didn't do vault, but we went back to the bars, and Erin wanted me to do a back-hip circle. (look it up if you don't know what it is because I don't really know how to explain it). And then we did 5min. Of conditioning. And that's about it.
