Three Strike System at Washington and Lee

This poll is designed to poll students who attend Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. The goal is to determine if W&L students think that the strike system prevents students from drinking or using drugs. The strike system was instituted in 2001, and since then binge drinking has decreased. However, W&L's rates are still higher than the drinking rates of national reference groups.
