Music is a big part of my life. I play flute, piccolo, and saxophone. I concider myself a band nerd. What is a band nerd, you ask. A band nerd is someone who, although they may have other interests, devote much of their time to their music.

Walk into his office. I know right where it is and actually spend a lot of time in there.
Knock, then quietly enter. I know where his office is, but still am intimiadated by him.
Ask some one else to do it, I am not going into the band director's office.
Have a friend help me; I don't like going in alone.
Ask one of those weird kids who always seem to be in the band hall where the director's office is.
