  • This didn't really seem to address questions regarding your hair's health. I'd say that, if someone wanted to ensure that they had healthy hair, they should be doing all the following:

    1. Avoid dry climates. Use humidifiers to increase humidity levels

    2. Put on hair sunscreen when out in the sun
    3. Drink lots of water

    4. Consume foods and supplements containing vitamins, zinc, iron, biotin, essential fatty acids, and protein so that way you arent deficient in essential nutrients. Take 10,000 mcg biotin pills for a month and take a 2-month break before starting the next bottle

    5. Take care of your hairline by switching your part every 6 months

    6. Dont pull or tie your hair
    7. Avoid chlorine from touching your hair

    8. No straightening, curling, or blow-drying hair (air dry your hair instead)

    9. Dont towel dry your hair since causing friction to your hair is damaging

    10. No hair dye

    11. Use shampoo and conditioner with vitamin E, vitamin B5, zinc, and iron

    12. Avoid shampoos and conditioners with sulfates or chemical/silicone ingredients, such as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Sodium Lauroyl Isoethionate, Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isoethionate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Dimethicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Cetearyl Methicone, Dimethiconol, Stearyl Dimethicone, Behenoxy Dimethicone, and Stearoxy Dimethicone.   • this quiz was not about how healthy your hair is, it was about how much you pamper your hair. if somebody pampers their hair much more than any person should and spends all day making sure it looks good doesn't mean that person has healthy hair. in fact, that person's hair is probably unhealthy because of being over pampered.

  • I scored low and got mostly D's, but my hair is very healthy. I'm going to have to disagree with your idea of healthy. Doing all that stuff to hair isn't going to make it healthy, it will make it damaged.
