both Barber and Thompson were elementary. Thompson on Oakland went from k-12. When it closed we went to Barber. Ford and Ferris were middle. Hamilton and Davidson was Bright and named after a science teacher's mother if I remember correctly. I scored 93%.
I think this quiz was done by a Parker much younger than me. There were no middle schools when I went there and it was Hackett Field House, but the athletic field was Ives Field. The elementary schools were Thompson, Barber Ferris Willard, Angel Liberty, and Ford. You need to get your facts straight.
wow great quiz. I think thompson shool was on brush betwwn buena vista and winona. The original elelmentary school was called angel and was located where angel park/storer park is off oakland.
The elementary schools were listed correctly, but I though the elementary school on Hamilton was Kathleen Bright. So, sorry Mickey, you're wrong...Cortland, not Ferris; Midland, not Ford; and Thompson, not Barber. Barber, Ford, and Ferris were the middle schools.
Now, if you really want to do a quiz about HP, can you name the first African-American teacher hired in HP? Also, can you name the largest graduating class ever to graduate from HP?
First of all, the elementary schools that were in HP when I grew up were: Thompson (Oakland Ave.), Ferris (Cortland Ave.), Barber (Buena Vista), Willard (Hamilton) and Ford on Pilgrim. You put certain schools in the groupings incorrectly. And, yes. I do know HP.
whatupdoe????
