Too easy and had some mistakes.

Awful! S-I-R-I-U-S not Serius! S-E-V-E-R-U-S not Sevirus! And that's just one question! Tell me what I got wrong, because I'm a super fan and have seen and read everything twice, even been to the Harry Potter Park in Orlando!

Spelling was a disaster, character names were spelled wrong (you spelled Dumbledore, Sirius and Severus wrong), and basilisk comes from a chicken egg hatched under a toad (like no1hp fan said). And this quiz was too easy.
