| Okay! 72(y divided by 3)= 72y + 216 unless...y divided by 3 times 72. 72 times 3 is 216 for sure, so you can't actually solve it, so it is x= 72y + 216? But if you do that then x divided by y = 288 divided by y. You know what! Do you know the answer Bambi!? My f---in' head hurts! |

Yep I know the answer! 72 divided by 3 equals 24. X = Y/3 so when X = 72 you only have the 3 so 72 divided by 3 equals 24!  But I'll take 288 divided by y as an answer too rachcab21! LoL ;) |
