Drink lots of water!
Exercise atleast 10-15 minutes a day
don't stay in hot bath for a long time (it will strips out the natural oil from your skin leaving it dry and very rough)
stay away from sodas and candy etc.
Get at least 8-9 hours of sleep!
Be happy and energetic by meditation and workout
watch cartoons and funny thing on tv,laptop etc.
Do some productive and creative like drawing,painting, and sketching (alternatives for mobile,laptop and tv
try deep breathing and relaxation techniques

You don't have to avoid electronics niether you have to spend all the time in front of your laptop etc
and we should do something creative too as a hobby or a passion so sketching and painting are the alternatives when you get bored of your fb account or instagram and we should take time to do everything in a limit!
And one thing more! Some people in this world doesn't have enough money to buy such electronics but they can do others things like painting,sketching,stitching(many people like it as a hobby) and much more easily
