Thread Topic: Exercise Tips for a Larger Torso?
I've a torso which is smaller, in length, than my upper legs (whatever it's called) and smaller, in breadth (i.e. broad/narrow), than my waist.
What exercise should I do to increase its size? What diet should I take?
Any form of help is welcome! ^_^
Cycling,pushups,tricep dips,planks, squats,do some cardio exercises
boiled eggs,red meat, chicken breast(don't defry anything)
cut on sugar
eat vegetables like okra,cucumbers,etc
drink lots of water
have a healthy breakfast
avoid fast foods as much as possible they are harmful for your overall health!
