Slipping on a new hat he picked out, Kiko nodded.
"Ready." The demon neko purred, helping to carry the bags as the two walked out of the store.
"Nice place. I like it... Better than the one store i remember in he-" He was about ready to say where he was from but decided against it. -
Najika blinked and tilted her head but decided not to ask. She opened the door and smiled. "Oh, and I got you a surprise~" she chirped, taking out the chocolate bar with a closed eye smile.

Kiko stopped and his eyes widened. Chocolate was one of his favorite things, next to cheese and string.
"Thank you!" He smiled too, happily accepting the chocolate.
"How'd you know i love chocolate?" HE chuckled. -
Najika giggled. "Lucky guess." She smiled as she walked the bags to the spare room, putting up the clothes while singing All the Small Things by Blink 182.

Kiko nibbled on the chocolate happily as he followed Najika. He listened to her singing.
"Lucky indeed." Kiko replies. Just then, his expression changed as he notices something outside the window. He feels a dark presence, and he tenses up slightly. Why NOW...? He asks himself, slowly walking up to the window. -
Najika blinked as she looked at him. "What's wrong, Kiko?" She asks, following him to the window. She was genuinely concerned as to what he had seen of heard.

"I never really told you where i'm from..." He glances at her. "Uhm..." Kiko closes the curtains after locking the window. Dark beings from the underworld were right outside. Oh please not now... Kiko face palmed as he heard loud whispering in the back of his mind.
"i'm fine." He reassured Najika not wanting to worry her. -
Najika frowned. "You are not fine! What's wrong, Kiko?!" She cross her arms and her voice cracked with concern. "I'm here for you. You just have to let me in."

"Okay okay..." Kiko took in a deep breath. He never wanted to show himself panicking but this moment... he could not help it. "I... am... Lets just say my father is... Satan-" He looks away. "Uhm, my home is the underworld... i was cast away... exiled. And... i been on the run for a while, and now I am found and they WILL take me back to hell and who knows what they will do to me." Kiko looked around frantically.
(ANOTHER TWIST to the plot. :o Wowza... all these twists. Makes the story very interesting, hm. xD) -
Najika frowned. "Pack the bare essentials. We're getting the f--- outta here. They wont take you as long as I'm around." Najika handed him a bookbag and packed hers with only the things they'd need.
(Dayum. All this shiz before their first kiss! XD) -
(I know right? This aint your normal Meet, fall in love, kiss, f---, have children, live happily ever after soap. xD)
Kiko nods, packing the bare essentials. He was glad she understood him and still loved him even though she now knew where he was from. They will find a way in... He glanced at the window.
"Oh!" He grabbed Najika's arm as they both finished their packing and darted out of the room as the window smashed open. A huge ugly demonish creature came into the room.
"Lets go!" Kiko shouted. -
(More like meet, fall in love, RUN FOR YOUR GODDAMN LIFE! XD)
Najika nodded and pulled him down to the door and outside. "We can go to Hinata's! At least until we have a plan!" She began leading him to her big sisters house. She was wheezing and had forgotten to pack her inhaler, but she kept pushing herself. -
Kiko nodded, liking the plan.
"Great idea." He implied, checking behind him making sure the creature was far. I wonder what that metal object i grabbed on the little desk stand was... He wondered, approaching Hinata's home.
As they arrived, he too was a bit out of breath. He stopped at the doorstep and glanced at Najika.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
(XP Yeah.) -
Najika coughed and nodded. "Hinata has one of my inhalers... I'll be okay..." She grabbed the spare key from in the flower bed and unlocked the door, going inside and making a beeline to her backup inhaler, taking a puff.

Kiko nodded, closing the door. He was glad that she was alright. Wait... does Hinata know what I am? Kiko asked himself setting down the backpack.
