Johanne nodded slowly, determined to remember the names. "Oh, I'm Johanne. You can call me Jo or Anne, if you want." She didn't want to eat when no one else was, so she didn't start yet.
-
Sparrow eye's glared at the girl and looked at Emmett. He cocked his head. "Mhm. I'll remember the name of a mortal. What are you? You don't seem like us and that's a load of s---. You have a red blood. Something, more decent than anything. Hahaha. I would lock you in my closet, if I could." I took a drink of my water.
Emmett squeezed the tablecloth. "Sparrow! What are you doing?! Shut up! Stop your babbling!" Cas shot a death stare at Sparrow. "Sorry. He gets Moody at dinner." He nodded and took a drink also. -
Johanna stared at Sparrow, confused out of her mind. She glanced at Emmet and Cas, then back to Sparrow. "Wh-what are you talking about..?" What was this about mortals..? And why was everyone so mad?
-
Caspian looked at Anna. "Nothing. Sparrow is just being, well a prick. He's messing with you." Cas snorted at Sparrow. "As for you, shut up. If you are that hungry, eat your damn meat." Cas stabbed a fork into the meat on his plate, like he was showing Sparrow how to eat something.
Sparrow rolled his eye's and stood up. He grabbed his plate and threw it on the floor. Cas stood. "Why do you have to at like a kid? Maids!" Cas yelled. "What? I was wasn't that hungry for petty human food." Sparrow tried to sound cold. -
Jo was literally just staring at the entire scene, glancing at Cas for help. "Okay but..what does he mean? Human food? Don't..you guys eat..?" She was starting to panic. Was this the family she was forced to marry into?
-
Caspian watched the maids clean it up. He took a seat and glanced at the girl. "Uh. Well. We eat in a strict manner. Yes, we do eat human food. Sparrow doesn't mean anything by that. He was joking, I guess." Cash nodded and lied. "Speaking of which, I should probably go over the rules. This goes for Emmett and Sparrow too." He thought. "Never come out your door after 10 p.m. If you see one of us at night, don't you dare go and talk. We are not are selves at night." Cas took another drink of water.
-
Johanne gave a long, hard stare at Caspian. This was more crazy than the time her brother read a book and started acting like the characters. She had taken all his James Patterson books away after that. She sat back in her chair, getting a little worried for the sanity of this family and her own safety. "What's going on...? This isn't normal. Why can't I leave at night? Am I a prisoner?"
-
Caspian let out a smooth chuckled. "No. You are not a prisoner. It's for safety issues. We don't want anyone getting hurt." He darted his bright eye's over at Emmett. "A princess shouldn't get hurt. Now, Listen or there will be drastic measures." Cas gave a bright, calm smile. He knew he couldn't hold back their lust at night. Nothing could. She was safe in her bedroom.
-
Jo wasn't sure if Caspian was telling her or Emmett to listen, so she assumed the worst and took the advice for herself. She muttered something about feeling like a prisoner and locking her door, but under her breath so they couldn't hear. "Um, will I ever be safe to come out at night?"
-
Emmett's purple orb's looked at the human. "Awww. Come onnnn. I think we should let her roam. It'll be better on us." Emmett let out a laugh. He ran his fingers through his curly, silk hair. He was clearly enjoying this conversation.
Caspian thought and nodded. "It's up to you. You can roam, just avoid us. We won't act like ourselves. You can decide on what you want to do, but do not come to us. Stay away or you will get hurt. We are monsters." -
Jo nearly fell out of her chair at Caspian's last comment. There was nothing normal about these people, and she would have to ask her father as soon as possible if she could leave. No way she was staying here with these people. Making a mental note to keep herself locked in her room as much as possible, even during the day, she simply nodded and took a sip of water.
-
Caspian took his stare away from her. He half smiled. "Very good. We are all on the same page." He nodded and looked at the table. Nobody was actually eating. "Well. Looks like everyone is done? A glass of red wine, anyone?" He questioned. He looked at the female and watched her glass. What time was it? Was it dark? He directed his glare at Sparrow, who looked extremely uncomfortable.
Sparrow's dark eyes looked at the Female. He squinted his eyes and licked his right fang. He stood. "Can I ask a interesting Question? What is your blood type and how fast do you think it pulses through each vain?" -
Jo shook her head, thanking Caspian. She never liked alcohol of any kind, even wine. She wanted to know why he was staring, but didn't say anything about it.
She raised an eyebrow at Sparrow, not really sure where he was going with this. "That is two questions... But I'm O-, and blood usually flows at three feet per second... Of course, slowing down a little the farther it gets from the heart.." These people were very strange, and she just wanted to leave. -
Sparrow's expression went to a sly smirk. "Yeah, I guess that was two questions. My bad." Sparrow's voice sounded calm, but his expression was shooting daggers at everyone. He ran his finger, uselessly across the table. "Hmm. That's interesting. I'm guessing your blood is a candy red. Red. Red, like red roses. That's very interesting." He chuckled.
Caspian cleared his throat. "Where are you going with this Sparrow? I think it might be your bedtime." Cas laughed nervously. He looked at the female. "Don't look directly at him." Cas nodded. Each boy can smell blood perfectly. Her heart even pounding to fast could lead to a feast. She doesn't need blood to speed in her. -
Jo made a face and set down her cup. "Yes..that's...the normal color for blood. Red. Veins and arteries are different colors, though.." She rather enjoyed talking about science things. Anything factual, she liked. She had a whole collection of books about the human body.
She glanced at Cas then quickly stared at the tablecloth. Good gods, the amount of things she couldn't do... Perhaps it would be best for her to stay in her room and hide until one of the boys decided they had nothing better to do with their life than get married to someone they didn't know. She bit her lip and played with the tablecloth pattern.
(OMG so when she's on her period... o.o )
