In the past, I've posted two threads similar to this one, but this one feels more genuine and ready, so to speak. This site, for me, isn't what it used to be; I'm no longer excited or enthusiastic when I log on. I'm only drawn here by my undying curiosity. Everything just seems to have wilted; the conversations, the unpredictability, the fun. I can't say I won't ever return; the quizzes are still here and the people I've grown a genuine fondness for, too. But, I will slowly and steadily drift away until GTQ is no longer in my curious thought - in time. GTQ has taught me so many unexpected things, it really has. And I've had the opportunity to acquaint myself with such wonderful people from around the world, and learn about and thoroughly understand things. Incredibly corny, I know, but it was definitely an incredible journey in disguise. I still have the hope that I'll meet at least one of you some day, with the knowledge that it isn't impossible. I can honestly say that it has always been refreshing to talk to you. Farewell, and good luck :) Just....come back whenever you feel like it. We'll appreciate it. |
