Im all for the legality of most drugs. Medicinal marijauna for obvious reasons and for those of age, recreational use. But then we get into harder drug abuse.. Heroin injectors risk the chance of getting AIDs, so even if it is illegal, sterile needles should be more available. I dont know my place on its legality though. Oxycontin, cocaine, and other things should be put under regulation so people won't risk overdose or permanent injury to oneself. And I'm all for halucinogenics as long as DUIs and public intoxication are under law. It would be pretty awkward for someone to be tripping in public.. But what are YOUR views. I do get high or drunk sometimes so I would like an unbiased view. | |

| Marijuana should probably be legal. It's only as bad as alcohol, maybe even less harmful. But otherwise the drug war should continue. | |

Marijuana should be legal for obvious reasons. Hallucinogenics (Acid etc etc) should be legal because no one has ever actually died from the drug ITSELF, only the stupid things THEY did. I agree about DUI and other charges. Cocaine should be legal, but have restrictions like only a certain amount per week, or per day. heroin should stay illegal, along with crack and methamphetamines. | |
