I hear the excuse of religion getting tossed about, but is there really any other explaination? Sure, some people are uncomfortable with the idea and I completely respect that, but.. Besides those reasons what else bugs people about them? :I
-
I really despise LGBT people. -
But why?
-
There are lots of reasons.
-
Well, then list some. That's what I'm curious about.
-
1. It's unnatural and against the laws of nature.
2. God did not make man to be this way.
3. Higher rate of a lot of diseases among homosexuals especially AIDS and various other STDs.
4. If they adopt kids, it will be difficult for the kid.
Etc etc etc... -
Unnatural, yeah. But it's not killing anyone.
there's the religious argument
Can't argue with that one.
True. Too bad my kids will have mommy birds that will bet up anyone who makes fun of them.. Or us. =^= -
It's not like I want LGBT people to die or something like that but when I just see them kissing and all that stuff it just grosses me out.
-
Ohhh
So you're one of those that is just uncomfortable with the idea. I'm fine with your opinion, but I wanna point something out. Isn't it the same to see normal people making out? People generally dislike public signs of affection that go past small things. I believe (you don't have to either) that you shouldn't hate the community when the community is only doing what other humans do. The only difference is literally what's in their pants. -
However, thank you for presenting a legit argument that I don't see often. You answered my question, too.
-
I get your point.. Yes I'm sort of uncomfortable.
My pleasure. -
Alright, Percie.
1. If your argument is that a man and a women can have kids, where as two men/two women/other can't, lemme ask you this. What about women and men and others who are infertile? What if they simply don't want children? Is that unnatural? Because if they're infertile, supposedly, God made them that way, and, by this logic, they shouldn't marry because they're unable to have children.
On another not, how is love going against the laws of nature? You know what's unnatural? Millions of things. Clothes. Cars. Technology. All sorts of stuff you use every day. So, until you go live in the woods without any clothing, don't call out love unnatural.
2. God also made it so that women could be sold to their rapists. He also made it so that slavery was okay. God did a lot of s--- that's looked at as not okay. People were stoned to death because of those laws, and he didn't say s---.
Also, you're calling us unnatural? What about a talking f---ing bush, and a man who walks on water? Go screw yourself, my dear. Oh, and he also says not to judge others. Again, screw you.
3. STDs are everywhere. Use protection. Simple as that. Get tested. That's our problem, not ours.
No argument for Trans people bc this doesn't apply to him.
4. ACTUALLY. No. Because that child will be brought up in a home that understands how it is to be hated on the daily, by biased and completely stupid people like you. LGBT+ couples will accept their children for whoever they are.
On the flip side, LGBT+ children brought up in a Christian home will, nine times out of ten, experience some form of abuse after coming out to their parents. It's hard for the kids with two daddys/mommies/ect but trust me, it's a hell of a lot harder on us. -
