  Taco Bell is Mexican food. The capsaicin in the spicy food that they serve can cause diarrhea and stomach problems if you eat too much of it. If you eat Taco Bell while on your period, the capsaicin will worsen your cramps and cause another something coming out that you don't want people to see.
