I'm going to propose on Saturday there's a ball well both attend however the cleaners destroyed my dress a expensive one too sad to say I can't find one like it anymore

Wear something pretty that fits in the scenario. Of course, I don't think you need only that particular dress.
If there's any rule regarding this, I have no idea. ^-^ -
Are the cleaners going to replace it? They should.
