But he literally is wearing an undergarment. You're acting like hes showing off his private part and that you never saw a half nude body.

Alright, where do I even begin?
Oh dear.
Proportions are extremely uneven, and I mean really uneven. Sketches are meant to be delicate and slightly sloppy with anatomy and lines to convey an abrupt idea but it isn't suppose to look this intentionally abhorrent.
The drawing looks so half-assed that I can't possibly break down everything that needs to improved because I am getting the vibe that this is a joke sketch.
I just can't.

I can barely draw, but I suggest reading up on anatomy and structures of the body and use REFERENCES. References help a whole lot, because it's a quick little thing that can help you draw whatever you're drawing because you can't fully memorize what complex object you want to display on paper. -

Also drew don't be a massive c---- that's not critque that's being a b---- when you don't even draw yourself anymore -
Symmetry- biological body plan
Symmetry- NOT everything looks exactly the same
(For example eyebrows are different, as well as muscles. Generally you have an arm that is more muscular than the other) -
But yeah it was half assed because I'm literally just using it for practice not to show it off to the world
