THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PRIVILEGE GIVEN BY THE GOVERNMENT!! YES, IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE THAT RIGHT TAKEN AWAY, BUT IF WE SAY DRIVING IS A PRIVILEGE, THAT MEANS THE PRIVILEGE COMES FROM THE GOVERNMENT, and trust me, you don't want that.
